Dennis and Donna have over 60 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Donna began in residential real estate in Phoenix, Arizona and relocated to Fresno in 1988 where she became a VIP Relocation agent for a nationally known company and won several production awards. Dennis has been an investor in real estate and a property manager since 1980. Having been inspired by his studies at UCLA where he earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration, he gravitated toward investment properties in his real estate career. Today Donna and Dennis are among the major producers in Fresno/Clovis in apartments and multi-units and have been among the top 10% of producers overall. They have extensive experience in 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Prior to devoting full-time effort to real estate sales and property management, Dennis served in several executive positions with major corporations including Senior Vice President at Fruit of the Loom. Richard Braham serves as our Bookkeeper and Office Manager. We have a total staff of nine people including two additional office personnel, maintenance personnel and three on-site managers. We believe that our experience and skills complement one another to enable us to offer the best possible service to our clients.
